Defects

Return / exchange of products
For purchases on our website, returns or exchanges are online-only. Items bought here cannot be returned or exchanged at Nith stores.
If you meet the conditions in our Terms of Use, contact Nith Customer Center (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, closed weekends/holidays) to start a return or exchange.
Product return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the product is unused and undamaged.
If the product is defective, the full amount including shipping and taxes will be refunded. Defective items can be returned within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of discovering the defect.
For change of mind or size issues, shipping is at customer expense; refunds use the original payment method after deducting shipping.
Product exchange
Website purchases can be size-exchanged if stock is available; shipping is at customer expense.
